The Forgotten Physical Consequence of Negative Thinking

Like many other under achievers out there, I tend to slide into negative thinking many days. What I need to remember is that what I think can also come true in my physical person.
Doom and gloom leads to physical depression as an example. Stressful thoughts lead to physical pain; in my case, the nerve damage in my leg gets worse when I am stressed out.
